A Moment of Panic

I don’t know about you, but nothing sends me into a panic faster than the thought I have lost my wallet.

I was having a productive day at work until I reached into my purse to grab some money (let it be known that I can’t say no to the offer of a Frosty from Wendy’s) and no wallet.

Out I rush to the car…maybe it fell out of my purse…it’s not in the car!

Can you feel the panic starting to rise?

Then I remembered I rushed in the house after coming home from Shelley and Troy’s yesterday(nature calls) so fast that I left my purse in the car…could it be that in those few short hours someone would have taken my wallet? Totally possible…the last time it happened to me was several years ago at the dog park and in less than an hour.

My mind starts to go into auto-pilot…call the bank, call the credit cards. Just one last check of the purse.

Phew…there it is hiding.

I guess it’s time to go back to the smaller purse.

Happy Monday!

Seriously, that is one of those times when I panic the most. As you know I don’t panic easily 😉 My heart was pounding as I read your post. So glad you found your wallet!

Don’t do it! Don’t abandon that FABULOUS purse! (But if you do, I might be able to give it a good home. 🙂
