Flowering Fields forever…

As soon as I saw this paper in the sneaks for the March Studio Calico kit -Quilting Bee- I was scared. I know it’s silly to be scared of paper, it’s just so bold and so so pastel.  I was pretty sure this one would end up in the give away pile or maybe fussy cut on to a card or something.

but then along came the kit and luckily this paper and I had a mutual friend in the form of a aqua polka dot fabric paper and we started to bond.

enter every scrapper’s best mediator — fiskars apron lace punch

and voila a fun, uber girly page was born, perfect for picture of baby  girls toes and tutus.

Disclaimer/PS…Yes I know that I ripped the headline from a Beatles song Strawberry Fields and if you happen to get the song stuck in your head well ‘it’s nothing to get hung about’ and it’s not my fault.
